Our psychologists provide psychological evaluation for police and other public safety organizations. We have provided services on the federal, state and local level. Our HR specialists provide turn-key testing services to jurisdictions to help select, train, and develop personnel.

Our partner for police screening and evaluation is the Institute for Forensic Psychology (IFP). Dr. McDaniel serves as the Director for the Tennessee office of IFP, which provides an exceptional evaluation protocol for police and other public safety personnel that has been validated and justified in this population. Training, Consultation and other Services

Our public safety clients also have access to our training and consultation services, including organizational design, change management, HR management, clinical counseling, and more. Both police and other emergency agencies have found great value in these services.
